This is a really good mower by a well named brand. Runs smooth and quite then most mowers. Self propelled and height is easily adjusted with just one lever for two wheels. Easily folds up to save storage space and won’t leak gas or oil while folded. Pull start on first pull makes it easy for the young one to start.

Out of the box the set up was easy. Started on first first with little force. I bought this mower for the vertical storage and was hessitant because of some negative reviews with regards of leaking. I’ve had the M260 for a month with four uses on my 1/4 lot with a steady idle/run and no fluid leaks. The catch bag fills up very quick when I cut longer grass. I use non-ethanol gas and it runs great. The mower drive works best on flat lawns so I am pushing more on inclines. The drive system would’ve been better as RWD or AWD, but I think the reason for FWD was because of the storing upright on rear wheel. I have a concern with the two pivot latches to stow the handle before and after use, they are hard to unlatch and it seems that over time the plastic can break. Overall, I am satisfied with this Craftsman mower.
