The Kamado Joe Griddle Top is very heavy duty and fits my standard 18″ sized grill perfectly. I mainly used it for smash-burgers and it is perfect for the job. I can easily fit 6 to 8 patty’s on the surface at the same time. Follow directions for seasoning and it will perform flawlessly. Very well made.
