It features a die-cast magnesium base, blade guard, and blade cover for lower weight at only 10.4 lbs. with battery (battery sold separately).The convenient guide rail compatible saw base interacts with optional guide rails to provide perfect, dead-on straight or bevel cutting without the need for an adapter. Combined with a guide rail (sold separately), the GSH03 is a more portable option over a table saw for a range of cutting applications.The saw also features Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS). AWS uses Bluetooth technology for wireless power-on/power-off communication between the tool and an AWS equipped dust extractor. The saw has an electronic brake for maximum productivity and soft start to suppress start-up reaction for smoother start-ups and longer gear life.
