This is a review of my new RYOBI ONE+ 18V 16-Gauge Cordless AirStrike Finish Nailer (Tool Only). IMPORTANT: The battery and charger are sold separately. I am in the middle of a remodel at my house. I am installing 900+ feet of crown and base molding. I did not want to go thru the pain of setting up the compressor and the hoses and dragging that through-out the house. With my Ryobi AirStrike I don’t! No more air compressor or air hoses for me again! The AirStrike 16-gauge nailer will set around 1000 nails on a fully charged battery. The depth of the nail head is easily adjusted with the turn of a knob. Ryobi’s 16-gauge nailer can sink up to 2-1/2 in. nails into hardwoods. You can also adjust the air pressure for the different lengths of nails that can be set with this Ryobi nailer. I am installing pine molding; the finish nailer had no problems sinking the 2″ nails that I used! The nose is a narrow design that will let you get into the tightest of corners. Also, the nose has a non-mar tip installed and there is an extra tip onboard the nailer. This tool is backed by Ryobi with a 3-Year Warranty. I am very satisfied with my Ryobi AirStrike 16-gauge finish nailer and I am certain that you would be too!
