Overall, I like the product. It was very helpful in the airport, and was TSA approved swiftly. However, I have a 8 pound miniature schnoodle and she barely fits into the medium carrier, until we take out the nice fluffy white padding on the bottom. Once you take that out, she can spin to her hearts content. And fair warning, they will!
I wish the bag had wheels because it was a little difficult walking through the airport without them since our dog wanted to move around a lot. If you also have an active dog, before the calming medicine kicks in, I would recommend a product with wheels. But overall, this was good. It fit under the seat with ease, and we did not have any issues with the carrier taking up our leg room, even in economy class.
