I have not used it yet so am not sure about the water resistance, that is why I only put a 4-star rating on it. Will do a follow up review after using it on my upcoming camping trip. I was able to set it up by myself in the house with no problems. I like the attachments for the wall to place items in it to keep light weight stuff off the floor. Don’t think I would put anything heavy in those pouches though. I bought a queen size air mattress for it and have to say that there is not a lot of room in it after setting the mattress up, so will wait until everything else is done in the tent before inflating the mattress. I think if I had to do it over again, I would only use a twin size mattress instead. It is a bit claustrophobic with little maneuverability with that large mattress in there. Other than that, I think it will be a great little camping tent for single or two people. I do plan on taking an extra tarp or two with me. one for underneath in case it rains and another to put over the top to have a covered area at the entrance, in case it gets nasty outside, that way you have a place to get out of the weather before going into the tent.
