This machine is great. I use it often and I love it. It is very easy to use and it is pretty compact. I was surprised by the capacity, I made a full batch and I was not expecting so much ice cream. I experimented with the amount of heavy cream. It wasn’t as good but it did work using less fat and more whole milk. It still tasted great.
