I got the chocolate salted caramel cookies, and they area delicious! My 3 year old keeps stealing them. I definitely noticed a supply increase, but my little one was also having marathon nursing sessions around the same time, cluster feeding because of growth spurt / leap / teething, so that could definitely have played a role as well. I took off a star because I think they are a little too pricey.

i love these cookies. i wish they weren’t so pricey because they really work for me, i always notice a difference in my supply when i run out. (the logical thing would be to make my own but you’re paying for the convenience here, which is nice when you’re a breastfeeding mom!) honestly, if i eat 3 bags i’ll be over engorged!! i normally only have one but there was a day i had few snacks in the house and i was in a snack mood, lol. (it would be funnier if it weren’t uncomfortable and messy.) i also take milk supply herbal supplements and nothing has quite the same effect as when i’m eating these cookies. i just count them as the extra calories you need while breastfeeding 😉 ps- oatmeal choc chip and salted caramel are yummy…oatmeal raisin not so much (and i’m someone who really likes oatmeal raisin cookies! the ones i tried from here were veryyy dry sadly)

This particular chocolate salted caramel flavor is my favorite but overall this product deserves a high rating bc I’m a mom who has struggled with lactation from the night my baby was born. In the first 10 weeks my production rate was AT LEAST 1 oz per hour as long as I was rested fed and hydrated, but at exactly 12 weeks postpartum I experienced a MAJOR drop in supply (not the slightest clue why) and my production rates have averaged 1 oz every 2-3 hours for the past two months. Every time I get these cookies I see my supply increase but as soon as I run out my supply goes back to virtually nothing, and for someone like me with limited financial wiggle room, it became unrealistic to continue buying them since there’s only a 5 day supply as I had to have 2 per day with my circumstances. I wish wholesale or bulk purchasing options were available bc maybe then I could better fit this in my budget. Anyway, I heard a lot about power pumping from my midwife and Google but I honestly never had the patience to hold my breasts for 50+ minutes on and off so I never did it. Things changed in this past week as my supply took another dip and I exhausted the little bit of milk I had in the freezer as well as financial resources to buy more cookies. I had no choice but to start power pumping since my baby is allergic to formula. I started power pumping this past Tuesday and I’m already seeing an increase in production from 1 oz every 3 hours to 1 oz every 90 minutes or so. I’m here to say the cookies work but for me it was a VERY short term solution to an ongoing problem. If you’re like me and still struggling with lactation even when rested fed and hydrated, then you may be stressed which 100% affects supply; and power pumping no more than 2x daily for a week might make a make difference for you as it has for me, and having these cookies in addition to that is just the icing on the cake. Hope this info is helpful to other moms 🙂

I decided to try the cookies since a family member recommend them to me. I have eaten them on and off for the past two months and I belive it may have helped increase my milk output but only slightly. Then again to be fair, there are so many factors that can contribute with the fluctuation of milk products. In my case it seems after two months after birth mine has gone down but that may be just my case, I will try to eat them more regularly to see if it helps more. The only downside is that I do feel they are a bit expensive though.
So overall, I think it would hurt to try these cookies you don’t lose much specially when the salted caramel ones are very delicious snack and then if you notice that it does increase your milk output then that’s great.

I was a real skeptic! I thought, there’s no way this works and all these positive reviews must be give she sort of incentive… true skeptic! Still, I bought them because I was also like, I love cookies and I EBF and my baby girl definitely loves to eat, and my supply was good but not great. ANYWAY, it actually works! Well, I should say it worked for me, right away too! I got the salted caramel and they taste good too! Good job Munchkin! If you’re a skeptic like me, try it for yourself… worst case you get 10 packs of cookies to eat!
