   My baby is currently in the NICU and has been since he was born, while he’s there he is only allowed to eat formula. My milk came in STRONG right after his birth but he came early and there was a problem with getting my breast pump initially so I only had a cheap manual pump that didn’t work very well at all and was more annoying than anything else, I wasn’t expressing milk regularly and my supply withered away fast. When I finally did get my hospital grade pump it was taking me days of pumping every few hours to even get an ounce of milk and I felt hopeless. I ordered the oatmeal raisin version before realizing that they contained fenugreek and then ordered the chocolate chip ((fenugreek free)) version to try first since I know that fenugreek can cause a drop in supply for some and wanted to keep that as a last resort just in case. I have now been eating them for two days along with taking the Legendairy Milk Liquid Gold supplements and I can now pump two or three ounces in one fifteen minute sitting! I know that’s not a lot for him most people, but it’s huge progress for me. I’m not sure if it’s more the cookies or the supplements but I’m going to continue taking both. It works! Not to mention that they’re absolutely delicious.

   i love these cookies. i wish they weren’t so pricey because they really work for me, i always notice a difference in my supply when i run out. (the logical thing would be to make my own but you’re paying for the convenience here, which is nice when you’re a breastfeeding mom!) honestly, if i eat 3 bags i’ll be over engorged!! i normally only have one but there was a day i had few snacks in the house and i was in a snack mood, lol. (it would be funnier if it weren’t uncomfortable and messy.) i also take milk supply herbal supplements and nothing has quite the same effect as when i’m eating these cookies. i just count them as the extra calories you need while breastfeeding 😉 ps- oatmeal choc chip and salted caramel are yummy…oatmeal raisin not so much (and i’m someone who really likes oatmeal raisin cookies! the ones i tried from here were veryyy dry sadly)

   These actually work!!!! I’ve tried many different brands of lactation cookies and these both taste the best and are true best for helping to increase my supply. (I like the oatmeal raisin flavor better than the chocolate chip.) I had to go back to work two weeks after having my daughter and I always struggled to pump enough milk to leave for her while I was at work. These cookies allowed me to increase my supply enough to feed my daughter at home, at work, and build a nice freezer stash!

   I have a friend who pumps exclusively because of her son’s latch issues. She was having difficulty maintaining her supply and was very upset. I gave her a few packs of these cookies and now she is sold too!

   These cookies are worth the price!

   It did increased my milk supply but too sweet.
