My first test didn’t go well. But it was my fault cause I heated the pan on high and my food stuck. I watched a review video on YouTube where they said to heat it on medium like the instructions say. Oops! Didn’t read the instructions! Since then nothing has stuck! I did a test cooking steak yesterday in a pan and also in my air fryer. The pan was much better and faster. Made sautéed shrimp and veggies with quinoa, blueberry pancakes too.
