I have a huge yard with a lot of trees. I have a walk behind and a backpack leaf blower that do a great job of rounding everything up. But then what? Rake a mountain of leaves into way too many bags/barrels? No thanks. I use the corded leaf blower as a vacuum/mulcher. It is a little slower than just bagging, but by mulching the leaves I can reduce the amount of leaf bags/yard waste barrels I put out on the tree belt by a factor of 5. This one is pretty awesome. It’s really quick to change from blowing to vacuuming. I also like that it comes with 2 different style bags. One is slung over the shoulder and one is suspended below the blower like seen in the picture. With this bag and the wheels on, it makes cleaning up hard surfaces (walks/driveways/decks} really easy. It functioned really well as a mulcher/vac. Ergonomics are good. The aluminum impeller keeps up with the amount of suction the vac produces which is a huge plus in my book. Aluminum wouldn’t be my material of choice, but my old one also had an aluminum impeller and I got 6 years out of it before it was stolen. The old one had a bit more suction, but the impeller couldn’t keep up so the chute would just clog. I didn’t use it much as a blower because like I mentioned I have other tools for that. However I did try it out and it did well. If I didn’t mind dragging an extension cord around and my yard was a suitable size, this would no doubt handle the leaves with authority. Also huge bonus points for the included wall hanger. One less thing to buy/make We seem to have accumulated a lot of SunJoe/SnowJoe equipment over the past few years. All of which I’d recommend and are a great intersection of price and quality
