Very Important Before First Use

Grind 1 to 2 Cups of cheap dried beans to prepare the grinding plates. Discard the first preparation millings before starting your actual milling.

Use it for grinding malted corn and it works fabulously! Has some reservations before purchasing based on some comments but I am here to tell you this grinder is the bomb!
