Eric –
I owned the 2800psi Craftsman unit with the Honda engine for about 6 months before it got stolen. So I just brought this one home today and can offer a users comparison of them both. The Honda unit is excellent. Driveways, wood decks, etc, it worked very well. It had a couple of quirks, though. Any slight amount of engine oil overfill, or tippage into the cylinder brought forth copious amounts of smoke. Eventuality it cleared up. The second was when it ram out of gas, I could not start it up again till the next day. Honda was no help. But, otherwise, I was happy. So now enter the Briggs and Stratton unit. Heaver by a few pounds, the pump seems much more substantial, and there is the ability to adjust the psi. Larger gas capacity as well. Has oil drain bolts for easier changes, where the Honda required tipping it over to drain. Used it once so far and was perfect. Very glad I got it.Both units are the same price, and the B&S is currently available.
