I love these tools. 6point sockets is the way to go to avoid stripping bolts. The material is chrome, durable and easy to clean. Great starter set or for the experienced mechanic. You can’t go wrong with dewalt.

I used to work on cars for over 13 years. I had an ASE certification in numerous automotive specialties, and owned all Snap-On tools. I have long since changed careers, but needed a set of tools up north at my property for general repairs and maintenance. I searched for a long time before settling on this set, and am I ever impressed! The quality and feel remind me of my Snap-On sockets and wrenches. I love the feel and precision of the ratchets. Very complete set for the price. I actually think this is priced better than some of the off-brand sets out there. One reviewer said that it was missing the 14 & 15 mm deep sockets, which is true. But those are not needed as much in a deep size, and it has the short sockets, which work for what I have needed them for, so it’s not an issue. Look no further if you need a nice complete and very high quality set. Get yourself some drill bits, a few hand tools, and you are all set! Also, I love the NO HASSLE LIFETIME WARRANTY! Can’t beat it!
