Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based White Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer provide excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces, such as tile and enameled trim. Its peel, blister and mildew-resistant water-based formula works in low temperatures, inhibits rust and seals tannin bleed. The primer dries to the touch in 30 minutes, for best results, the primer should be reapplied after 1 hour.
